![]() INTUIT QUICKBOOKS PAYROLL FORM FULLOnce you choose to transition, the interface you use will change from Intuit Online Payroll or Intuit Full Service Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll, but all your payroll data stays safely where it is, including reports, notes, and alerts. The process of transitioning from Intuit Online Payroll to QuickBooks Online Payroll is fast, seamless, and automated, with no work required by you or your clients. You will not have to re-enter data for your firm or clients. Q: Will I have to re-enter payroll data into QuickBooks Online Payroll? Some Accountants may wish to keep their clients who were previously on Intuit Payroll separate from their other clients for ease of management. We are working toward a solution for those who would like to consolidate clients into a single account, and will notify you when this is made available. If you previously had a QuickBooks Online Accountant account, you’ll see two companies. Once the transition is finished, we’ll provide instructions to log into QuickBooks Online Accountant. Once completed, you’ll have access to all of your clients’ data, including reports, notes, and alerts in QuickBooks Online Payroll. Once you decide to transition, we’ll take care of the rest and let you know when the process is finished. You’ll be able to select the new plan for your clients (Core, Premium, or Elite). Once you’re eligible, you can log into your Intuit Online Payroll account and choose when you want to transition. If you haven’t transitioned to QuickBooks Online Payroll by June 2022, we will make the transition for you and your clients, with no disruption to your or your clients’ business. As soon as you’re eligible (November 2021 at the earliest), we’ll send you an invitation to voluntarily transition early. For those who want to transition sooner, we have you covered. Through May 2022, rest assured you can continue to run payroll and 1099s for yourself and your clients on Intuit Online Payroll as you do today.
